After speaking with Ms. Vaughn for over an hour on our initial meeting, I was convinced she would be the best person to represent me. She emphasized that I was her sole responsibility; her role was to help me get the best deal possible. In a word, she succeeded. She guided me through the process, recommended vendors for cleaning, packing and storage, etc. Her knowledge of the NOVA area is deep.
