I wish there were more stars for me to rate the exceptional, personalized service we received from Leigh-Anne Vaughn. Leigh Anne originally sold me the property several years ago. When it became time to sell I reached out to her as I was already impressed by her service she provided then. Leigh-Anne professionally handled ever aspect of the sale of the property. This was especially important as we are now living out of the country and she would need to be our eyes, ears and boots on the ground during the sale. She began by finding and relocating our current, very nervous tenant. She even helped our tenant place furniture in her new apartment. Lee-Anne took care of it all! She secured movers, painters, carpet installers. She oversaw it all, even making minor repairs on the property before closing. Lee-Anne answered calls and texts immediately and provided us with updates, as needed. She prepared the property for sale provided professional photos and video and SOLD the property very quickly at full asking price to strong, qualified buyers. During the actual closing process with the closing firm she helped us ensure with the settlement firm that we would be able to close via notary online. Again very important as we would have to close remotely. I will miss her. She is a trusted colleague. I only wish we had more properties for her to sell.
